While showering this morning I suddenly realized in a flash of random insight that the actor who played Scarecrow in Batman Begins was also the primary protagonist in 28 Days Later.
When i saw Batman Begins, i thought he looked really familiar (uh, ginormous blue eyes!) -- turns out i saw him in Girl with a Pearl Earring. He also had a bit part in Cold Mountain. Personally, I thought he rocked it as Dr. Crane. The scarecrow was always a cool villain in the animated series that hadn't had any play time in the theater.
